In response to the development needs of high-quality clinical research in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), ITMCTR and the eTM platform for the TCM journal cluster are jointly advancing the establishment of a High-Quality Evidence Fast-Track Program for the TCM journal cluster. The initiative aims to fully integrate the entire process of “registration–research–publication”, promote interconnectivity and interoperability between ITMCTR and eTM, and establish a substantive linkage between clinical trial registration information and journal publication outcomes. By enhancing the traceability and verifiability of the entire research process, the program seeks to facilitate the standardized generation and orderly dissemination of high-quality evidence. On December 15, during the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Editorial and Publishing Committee of the China Association of Chinese Medicine and the Annual Conference of the TCM Journal Cluster, the two platforms jointly released the first batch of pilot journals for the High-Quality Evidence Fast-Track Program, clarified the pilot scope, operational pathways, and collaboration mechanisms, and officially launched the implementation of the program.
